Palla Grande

Formal Palla Grande will take place on Saturday. The Finale of the Regent Plot will also take place on Saturday during the Palla Grande. During this event will be the announcement and coronation of the new Regent of the Sabbat.

Palla Grande

You are cordially invited to a Grand Costume Ball celebrating All Hallows Eve,
Hosted by the Sabbat of Northern Ohio
Festivities will begin the night before All Hallows and will continue through the next night.
The location is being kept secret until the first evening. The Sword of Caine will gather in Akron, Ohio before being escorted to the event site.

Location and Information.
The actual event is taking place on October 10th and 11th just as previous announcements have stated.

The event staff would really appreciate it if everyone who thinks they will be in attendance could sent us an email asap just to let us know what kind of numbers we are looking at. If you will be coming with a group then you can send one email detailing how many of you will be attending.

All character sheets must either be sent ahead via email the the NeoSabbat Staff or you must have a printed sheet with your home games stamp also signed and dated by your HST. If one of these two are not followed then your sheet will not be stamped by our game and there for it will not enter play.

This event will be separated into two sections taking place in different places/times IC: Sabbat and Camarilla. The Sabbat will be hosting the Palla Grande this year, while the Camarilla does a Halloween masquerade. The Hotel is huge. We have 2 large ballrooms downstairs while the Camarilla game has a group of Conference rooms upstairs which are connected by a common area. Both events are happening at seperate times and places IC. Any interaction between PCs from the events will be up to ST descretion though will not actually happen at the other event (Since it's not actually happening at the same time as the other).

Check in begins at 5:00 pm Friday night and 4:00 pm on Saturday night. Game runs until 1am both nights.

There will be a prize awarded for the best costume of Palla Grande.

The location is the Sheraton by the airport in Cleveland. Room rates are discounted to $89/night, up to 4 occupancy. The hotel has recently been renovated and it's absolutely gorgeous. There's free parking for those who will be driving in, a pool, lots of nearby restaurants, and a bar.
